Who We Are
The education experts of the North Penn School District. We are dedicated to empowering educators and strengthening public education. We strive to build strong, supportive schools where educators thrive and every student has access to high quality education.
What We Do
The North Penn Education Association is the collective voice of educators in North Penn School District. We organize, advocate, and negotiate to ensure our members have the resources and fair working conditions they deserve. We aim to secure better salaries, protect professional rights, and champion quality public education for every student in our community.
Purpose
The Association serves to advocate for both educators and students through four main objectives:
- Member Advocacy: Protects members' interests, fosters professional zeal, and provides a unified voice to represent educators.
- Educational Excellence: Advances educational standards to ensure a quality education for all community members.
- Community Collaboration: Buildings and maintains cooperative relationships among teachers, administrators, the school board, and the public.
- Strategic Partnerships: Aligns and cooperates with the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) and the National Education Association (NEA).
Goal
To advocate for fair compensation, foster healthy and safe learning environments, protect educator rights, and influence educational policy so that teaching remains a sustainable, respected, and rewarding career.
